Silver Leaf Farms is the leader in hydroponic and outdoor organic vegetable production in New Mexico. Currently, SLF has over 7 acres of field production as well as over 20k/sq of controlled environment agriculture.

Silver Leaf Farms is looking to hire a greenhouse technician to join our growing team. We’re looking for positive, hard-working people. As the seasons change, so do the responsibilities, so team members need to have a strong ability to multi-task, ability to change plans quickly, and working farm knowledge. Skills should include: seeding, harvesting, transplanting, sorting and grading, basic understanding of plant physiology and biology. Previous hydroponic growing experience is preferred. Qualifications
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and flexibility
• Previous farm experience preferred, but we will train
• Basic knowledge of crops, seedlings, and various soil types and conditions a plus
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to repeatedly kneel, bend, and squat
Compensation and Benefits
• Compensation is DOE, starting range at $10/hr. Paid bi-weekly as well as weekly supply of organic vegetables.

Starting Date: ASAP – Can start immediately.
